Liquid Magic is a clear glycerin solution. It can transform any powder product into a liquid eyeliner. Its fine liner tip will make a beautiful liner out of any color eye shadow. It can also be used for brows and produce long wear brow transformation.

How to Use

Dip brush along the outer rim of the shadow or pigment for a perfect line. Always wipe off the brush before placing back into liquid. Never pour transformer directly onto shadow.
